ProperPatola ensures that orders are shipped within 3-5 business days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to the norms of the Courier Company or postal service. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 business days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process. ProperPatola is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities. damaged or defective item, as well as your order number and contact information. We
will get back to you promptly to resolve the issue. Additionally, we kindly request that
you provide a parcel opening video to facilitate the resolution process.
